Solar simulation tests play a crucial role in assessing the durability and performance of products exposed to sunlight. Replication of solar radiation and its associated effects helps to evaluate a product’s resistance to factors such as colour fading, material degradation and thermal stress.
SOLAR SIMULATION TEST
Sunlight Resistance Tests
The SunEvent climate chamber offers a comprehensive solution for simulating the combined effects of solar radiation, temperature, and humidity on your product. Our testing laboratory carefully assesses all relevant parameters to ensure your product’s performance.
Wide Temperature Range and Humidity Control
Equipped with state-of-the-art features, the SunEvent chamber offers an impressive temperature range from -70 °C up to a maximum of +120 °C. This wide range enables precise simulation of extreme temperature conditions. Furthermore, the chamber provides humidity control to accurately replicate various environments. With the capability to adjust solar radiation intensity between 400 and 1,150 W/m², this chamber allows for the simulation of both indoor and outdoor testing scenarios, providing a comprehensive evaluation of the tested product.
Diverse Applications
The SunEvent climate chamber is designed for a wide range of industries, including the automotive sector, paint and coatings manufacturing, and electronics. Whether you need to evaluate the impact of solar radiation on automotive components, test the durability of coatings, assess the aging process of plastics, or investigate the influence of environmental factors on electronics, our chamber provides the ideal conditions for accurate and comprehensive testing.
Our climate chamber software offers remarkable flexibility, allowing for the precise programming of testing procedures according to your specific requirements. This ensures that tests are conducted accurately and in adherence to the required parameters.
Precise Documentation and Tailored Test Selection
Thanks to the S!MPATI software, our climate chamber operates with actual testing data, ensuring precise and reliable test procedures. To further enhance the evaluation process, we offer the option of microscopic examination of the test sample during or after the test. Additionally, in cooperation with our clients, we provide regular photographic documentation of the test, allowing for the accurate identification of any changes occurring throughout the testing process.
Upon completion of the test, we provide accredited reports in Czech as well as in your preferred language. These reports capture essential information regarding the progress, observations, and results of the test, ensuring transparency and facilitating decision-making.
We understand that it is important to identify specific errors and imperfections. We work with our clients to select the most appropriate tests to meet their requirements. By tailoring the test selection process, we ensure that the selected tests effectively identify potential bugs, leading to a solution.
