Hydraulics testing facility

Our hydraulics testing facility serves as a specialized workplace within an accredited testing laboratory and offers a comprehensive range of laboratory testing of hydraulic components. We perform rigorous testing of a variety of components, including direct hydraulic drive motors, hydraulic manifolds and low, medium and high pressure hydraulic hoses, including dynamic evaluations.

Dynamic tests for hydraulic legs

Our expertise extends to dynamic testing specifically tailored for hydraulic props and cylinders in conjunction with impact valves, for both oil and emulsion fluids. With state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, our test laboratory is fully equipped with test benches designed for thorough evaluation of both emulsion and oil hydraulics, incorporating dynamic test methodologies.

Vibration tests in the hydraulic circuit

We specialize in hydraulic vibration testing and offer invaluable insights into the functionality of hydraulic circuits. Our testing laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art measuring instruments that allow the connection of up to 8 pressure sensors. This allows us to accurately and precisely record pressure changes during the test and provides detailed analysis of system performance.

Thorough inspection of hydraulic circuits

Our main focus is on performing complex tests of hydraulic circuits and powered roof support in our modern test rigs. By exposing circuits to controlled vibrations, we obtain precise measurements that serve as the basis for thorough analysis. This careful examination ensures that the hydraulic system is functioning optimally and meets the required performance standards.

Real-time data access

One of the key advantages of our testing process is the immediate access to measured data for our customers. With real-time feedback, our customers can immediately react to test results and suggest appropriate corrective actions. This instant access to data allows our customers to make informed decisions and quickly resolve any issues.

Effective problem solving

By quickly identifying and solving any problems found during testing, we ensure that hydraulic circuits run smoothly and without unwanted effects. Our comprehensive analysis and real-time feedback allows us to design appropriate corrective measures that meet our customers’ specific requirements. With this approach, potential problems can be addressed immediately, maximizing the efficiency and reliability of the hydraulic system.

Volumetric flow rate measurement

The laboratory has a measuring station that is designed to measure volumetric flow rate on hydraulic components such as safety valves, impact valves, hydraulic locks and controls. We perform flow characteristic measurements with graphical recording: p = f (Q), for Q = 0 to 2800 l/min and working pressure up to 70 MPa. The ability to measure volumetric flow rate at these parameters is currently the only one in the world.
