The company TECHNICKÉ LABORATOŘE OPAVA, akciová společnost, with its registered office at Těšínská 2962/79b, 746 01 Opava, ID No.: 25667521, as a personal data controller (hereinafter referred to as the „Company„), hereby informs you about the processing of your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the „Regulation„).
I. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
We process your personal data for the purpose of:
- Identification of your person and the requested goods or services, or other data necessary for the purpose of concluding a contract and its subsequent performance, based on the legal basis of contract performance.
- Issuing accounting and tax documents, bookkeeping and paying taxes, based on the legal basis of fulfilling the Company’s legal obligations.

- External companies that provide support services for us, e.g. premises security, insurance, legal services.
- Public authorities for the purpose of fulfilling obligations set by generally binding legal regulations or by a decision of a public authority or to protect our interests.
We do not intend to transfer personal data to third countries or international organizations outside the EU.
IV. INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR RIGHTS
According to the Regulation, you have the right to request access to your personal data from the Company, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, the right to portability of personal data to another controller, as well as the right to object to processing which takes place on the basis of our legitimate interest or to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if the Company acts in violation of the Regulation when processing personal data.
