Our geometric quantities calibration laboratory also includes a service department focused on the repair of gauges, measuring equipment, and measuring instruments.

Among the gauge repairs we perform are three-point bore gauges, micrometers, calipers, repairs of dial indicators including linear encoders and GT31 TESA lever probes, etc., up to demanding repairs of length measuring machines, profile projectors, and digital height gauges.

I would like to mention digital height gauges in a few sentences and acquaint you, our customers, with the possibility of having your digital height gauge repaired at our company.

Among the most frequently used instruments for measuring manufactured parts in your companies, the digital universal height gauge is the most common. Due to heavy daily use in production environments where the air is saturated with dust and often mixed with evaporating oils and emulsions, these sensitive gauges experience failures.

Malfunctions manifest in several ways: obviously incorrect measurements at first glance, mechanical defects, or errors in the readout unit (control panel), etc. In the event of a failure, the gauge is first subjected to diagnostics to evaluate the fault. This is followed by the preparation of a price quote, which is sent to the customer for approval of the proposed repair cost. Upon the issuance and delivery of the purchase order, the service technician properly repairs the device. Following the repair, calibration of the serviced equipment is performed. By issuing the calibration certificate, we declare the successful completion of the gauge repair.
